soluzioni veloci e flessibili secondo le aspettative del cliente.
• Realizzazione in siti produttivi dedicati di guarnizioni, articoli
tecnici e O-Rings in elastomero, LSR, TPE, termoplastici, Bi-componenti, e
sovrastampati. Abbinando le differenti tecnologie, se necessario
acquistando componenti, possono essere realizzati assemblaggi.

AR-GOUP, thanks to its highly specialized structures, offers:
• Partnership during the research and development activities, with the
support of appropriate instruments such as geometries design, compound
development according to customer specification and application, FEM, etc.
• Tools design and construction. The communication with the customer, at
the AR skilled tool shops, is optimized thanks to the use of widespread
CAD/CAM systems. The in-house development as well as the mould
construction, the complete range of up-to-date work machinery, guarantees
prompt and flexible solutions according to the customer expectations.
• Production of gaskets, technical articles and O-rings in elastomer, LSR,
TPE, thermoplastics, co-moulded, and over-moulded items at specialized
plants. Moreover assembled items can be realized by combining together the
different technologies and by purchasing components when needed.

nach Norm oder Kundenanwendung, FEM, etc.
• Planung und Erstellung der Werkzeuge. In unseren spezialisierten
Werkstätten wird die Kommunikation mit den Kunden dank der Verwendung der
gängigsten CAD/CAM-Systeme optimalisiert. Die interne Entwicklung und
Erstellung der Werkzeuge und die vollständige Palette modernster Maschinen
garantiert schnelle und flexible Lösungen für die Kundenanforderungen.
• Erstellung von Dichtungen, Formteilen und O-Ringe in Elastomeren, LSR,
TPE, Thermoplast, 2-Komponenten und überspritzten Teilen in darauf
spezialisierten Produktionsstätten.
Durch die Kombination der verschiedenen Technologien und bei Bedarf Zukauf
von Komponenten, können auch montierte Teile erstellt werden. Unser
Service richtet sich an Bereiche wie z.B. Automobilindustrie, die eine
hohe Qualifikation und entsprechenden Service benötigen. |
